GEFOR commits to protecting the health and safety of its employees, contractors, and visitors at all of its sites and facilities.
GEFOR has an environment, health and safety standards that governs its operations and that is a complete risk assessment package (GEFOR Policy) that is presented to employees namely:

Safe work procedures;

Risk prevention;

Risk elimination;

And risk mitigating controls.
At GEFOR before commencing any new project, all our employees are retrained in regard to the GEFOR environment, health and safety policy and standards.
On site, before the starts of any shift, the crew undergoes a safety meeting conducted by a supervisor and who also ensure that everyone is sober and up for the work.
ENVIRONMENT
Environment measures taken:

Ensuring the maintenance of our rig to keep the noise produced by the rig to as low as possible;

The swamp dug is refilled after completion of the drilling;

After a drilling has been performed in a community, we ensure to bring back the environment as we found it by replanting trees at the place where the operation was taking place;

When it comes to domestic well-water drilling, we ensure to clean up all the mess caused by the drilling operation after completion.

Environment, health and safety is followed very closely by the management all in the aim of ensuring ZERO HARM on our sites and facilities.
